Areka ("we", "us", "our") operates the Areka platform at https://areka.in, which lets you build websites and apps with AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Areka you agree to this policy.

We collect only what is needed to run the platform:

• Account information you provide when signing in.
• Projects, prompts and generated content you create.
• AI API keys you choose to connect.
• Basic technical data such as device, browser and log information.
• Payment records (excluding full card details) when you subscribe.

When you sign in with Google or a phone number, we receive identifiers such as your email address, phone number, display name and profile image. This is used to create and secure your account, associate your projects with you, and communicate about your account.

• Users provide their own AI API keys.
• API keys are used only to provide AI functionality you request.
• Areka does not sell, misuse, or intentionally share user API keys.
• API keys may be securely stored only as necessary for platform functionality.

You can remove or replace a connected key at any time from within the app.

Users own the websites, apps, code and content they generate on Areka. Areka does not claim ownership of your generated content. We process it only to display, store and deliver it to you.

We use cookies and similar browser storage (including local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language, and store your working drafts. You can clear or block these through your browser, though parts of the platform may stop working.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage — page views, feature usage and error rates — so we can improve the product. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to sell your personal information.

Areka lets you connect third-party AI providers, which may include Google AI Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other supported AI providers. When you use them, your prompts and related data are transmitted to that provider and are also subject to that provider's own privacy policies and terms. We also rely on infrastructure, authentication and hosting providers to operate the service.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Areka does not store complete payment card information. We retain only limited records such as transaction identifiers, plan, amount and status for billing and support purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and row-level database security to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update, export or delete your projects at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing by contacting us through https://areka.in.

Areka is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page. Continued use of Areka after changes means you accept the updated policy.
