By accessing or using Areka ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Areka is an AI-assisted builder that turns natural-language prompts into websites and web apps. You can preview, edit, export and deploy the output. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed.

Users connect their own AI API keys. Users are solely responsible for:

• API usage
• API costs
• API billing
• API limits

You must comply with the terms of each AI provider you connect. Areka is not a party to your agreement with those providers.

You may not use Areka for:

• Illegal activities
• Malware or malicious code
• Spam
• Copyright infringement
• Abuse or harassment
• Reverse engineering the platform
• Attempts to attack, overload or compromise the platform

Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing plan unless cancelled. Prices, plan limits and features may change with notice. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

• All purchases are final.
• No refunds will be provided after payment.
• No partial refunds.
• No credits.
• No refunds for unused subscriptions.
• Users may cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
• Cancellation does not create eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds will only be provided if required by applicable law.

The Areka platform, branding, software, UI, logos and original content belong to Areka. Users retain ownership of websites and code they generate.

The platform is provided "AS IS". Areka does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Areka is not responsible for:

• AI provider outages
• AI-generated inaccuracies
• Third-party API failures
• User API costs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Areka and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Areka in the three months preceding the claim.

Areka may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Areka may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
